A Yes, for 36 months from final invoice date, not inclusive of supplied manufactures materials defects.
 
Q Is there a fee for a Damp/timber/condensation survey.
A No, this is a free initial survey.
 
Q Are estimates for building works chargeable.
A We do not give estimates, only fixed price quotations which are free of charge.
 
Q Were not sure about giving monie's " up front" to a builder we don't know.
A We only ask a percentage of total quotation price to help with material costs, generally 35%. If appointed to carry out your works schedule all stage payments are detailed in our quote with a last percentage payable upon satisfactory completion.
